Mrs. Barbara Alice Vandiver Phillips, 74, of Canon, Ga. died Saturday June 21, 2014 at Northeast Georgia Regional Medical Center Gainesville. A memorial service will be held Wednesday June 24, 2014 at 4 pm at the Hartwell Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness. the family will receive friends during and after the memorial service.
