Banks County Authorities Search For Burglary Suspect, Stolen Guns
Banks County Sheriff’s spokesperson Sgt. Carissa McFaddin tells WLHR News it happened during the early morning hours Friday.
McFaddin said at about 4:15am last Friday, Banks County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to an alarm call at Country Boys Sports located on Caudell Road.
When deputies arrived, they found the business had been burglarized and it appeared that a number of guns were missing from the interior of the business.
McFaddin said GBI Crime Scene Technicians and the ATF were called in to assist with processing the scene.
As of Monday investigators continued to actively look into leads of the possible suspects.
