In Hartwell, Lake Foods Chicken Processing Plant located on Industrial Park Road has been acquired by Westfield, Wisconsin chicken processor Brakebush Brothers. Lake Foods, now Brakebush, portions raw, sized, marinated, and ready-to-cook chicken products, according to a press release from Brakebush.
