Arnold L. Fetters, age 82, of Lavonia, died Saturday, February 6, 2016 at Pruitt Health of Toccoa. The funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at the Lavonia Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home. Burial will follow with military honors in Franklin Memorial Gardens – North. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. At other hours, the family will be at the home of Ginny Norris, 48 Woodland Manor, Royston, GA 30662.
