Ms. Angela Dawn Phillips, 46, of Carlton Drive, Hartwell, passed away Saturday, February 5, 2022 at St. Mary’s Sacred Heart Hospital in Lavonia. The family of Ms. Angela Phillips will receive friends Tuesday afternoon from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. She will be cremated following the visitation.
