Mrs. Althea Florence Sarkinen Whitman, age 53, of Lavonia died Tuesday February 7, 2017 at St. Mary’s Sacred Heart Hospital. A celebration of life service will be held at 11 am Saturday February 11, 2017 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Lavonia, Ga.
