Mr. Opal Allen Williams, 85, of Martin, Georgia, died on Friday, July 22, 2022 at his home.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home of Lavonia.  A private burial will follow in Franklin Memorial Gardens – North.  The body is at Strickland Funeral Home where the family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 26, 2022, from 1:00 p.m. until the service time.  In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that donations be made to the charity of your choice.  Online condolences may also be sent to the family by visiting www.stricklandfh.com.  Strickland Funeral Home – Lavonia Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
