Mr. Allen David Smith, age 65, of Hartwell, GA, died on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at St. Mary’s Sacred Heart Hospital.  Services celebrating the life of David Smith will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2022 at Two o’clock in the chapel of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors.
