05/28/13 – “Lady” – Senior German Shepherd at Hart County Humane Society

While our group is grateful for rescues that take surplus puppies to other states for adoption opportunities, we continue to work for the senior, sickly and harder to place pets. Lady was rescued extremely underweight, it was obvious she had been wandering a long time looking for her family.
This very sweet dog is a senior female German Sheppard, she is spayed, heart worm negative, up to date with vaccinations and parasite preventatives and now micro chipped so if she ever gets lost again her owners can be found.
While in foster care Lady has gained weight, had a dental treatment and is well and healthy. She is a majestic girl deserving of a loving forever home.  If you would like more information, or to meet our Lady, please call 706-436-0965, or email [email protected].

The Hart County Humane Society is a volunteer rescue organization. We receive no funding from any government agencies or other groups. We are a 501C3 non-profit organization.
