05/06/13 – “Dempsey” – Lab Mix at Hart County Humane Society
Dempsey is the last of three puppies rescued from a stray momma dog almost two years ago. The puppies were not socialized at a young age and have struggled to feel comfortable in unfamiliar situations. The shy dog people meet at adoption events is not the same dog we live with.
Dempsey is an amazing dog at home, full of love and joy. He is a big dog, yet gentle with children, cats and other dogs. We know Dempsey will be happy with a patient and loving family and want to find them for him.
To keep Dempsey safe a fenced yard will be a necessity. Dempsey has been neutered, micro chipped, tested negative for heart worms, is up to date with vaccinations and parasite preventatives.
