Mr. Walter Neal Napier, age 68 of Lavonia Ga. died Tuesday August 20, 2013 at Anmed Health. A memorial service will be held at 11 am Friday August 23, 2010 at the Lavonia First Baptist Church.The family will receive Friends at the church for one hour prior to the service.
