Vendor Spaces Filled for Lavonia Fall Festival

Vendor spaces are now filled for Lavonia’s Fall Festival.

Lavonia’s Fall Festival takes place Saturday, September 28 from 9a to 4p, and as in past years, this year’s event promises to have something for the whole family, including arts and crafts vendors, a kids’ play area, and lots of great food as well as live entertainment.

Earlier this month we told you vendor spaces were still available. That was last week in fact. This week, Main Street Director Ashley Rose Dodd said all 149 spaces have now been filled and there is a waiting list.

The goal for this year’s Fall Festival Dodd said is to have new and different kinds of arts and craft vendors.

This year’s theme Dodd explained will be more of a traditional harvest festival with a concentration on homegrown and homemade products.

Again, the Lavonia Fall Festival takes place September 28 from 9a to 4p on Main St. In downtown Lavonia.

Right now, Dodd said they are still working on the entertainment portion of the festival and more information on that will be announced in the coming weeks.
