Stryker turned himself in to Pennsylvania authorities on Wednesday

The nationwide search for the man believed to be responsible for the death of a Lumpkin County woman is over.

According to a report in the Atlanta Journal Constitution, 21-year old Austin Todd Stryker turned himself in to authorities in Pennsylvania on Wednesday.

Stryker is wanted for the murder of Hanna Bender of Lumpkin County last month.

Her body was found in a field in Forsyth County a week after she went missing.

In all, the paper reports six suspects are now in custody in connection with her death.

On Monday, GBI agents said they had arrested 18-year old Issac Huff, and 19-year old Dylan Patrick Reid of Dawsonville.

Both are charged with concealing a death. Reid faces an additional charge of tampering with evidence.

Additionally, Stryker’s fiance, 21-year old Elizabeth Brooke Donaldson, was arrested and charged with tampering with evidence.

And an elderly man believed to have been traveling with Stryker was arrested last week.

78-year old Jerry Kyle Harper is charged with concealing a death and tampering with evidence.

And yesterday, authorities arrested 21-year old Bailey Williams and charged him with tampering with evidence.

Lumpkin County Sheriff Stacy Jarrard had put a nationwide lookout for Stryker and a $5,000 reward had been offered by the U.S. Marshal’s office for information that leads to his capture.

Jarrard said Wednesday the process to extradite Stryker from Pennsylvania is underway.
