Royston Police Department is Hiring
Royston Police Department is taking applications for a new officer.
According to Chief Donnie Boleman, the Department is seeking applicants who are POST-certified with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants must be at least 22 years old with no felony or serious misdemeanor convictions.
They must also be US citizens and pass a background check and drug screening.
Boleman added the successful candidate will work under general supervision and will be expected to perform various field duties which will require a significant degree of initiative, independent judgment, problem-solving, and discretion.
