Mr. James Roy Risner, 87, of Hartwell, Ga. died Monday November 11, 2013 at Ty Cobb Regional Medical Center. Funeral Services will be Thursday November 14, 2013 at 3 pm in the Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. Burial will be in the Reed Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The body is at Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends thursday from 2 pm to 3 pm just prior to the service. The family is at the home.
