North Georgia Tech Schedules Annual Spring Plant Sale

The North Georgia Technical College horticulture program is hosting the college’s annual spring plant sale from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., April 15-18, at the Clarkesville campus greenhouses.

The spring sale features a wide assortment of warm-season annuals and reliable perennials as well as a selection of woody shrubs and trees suited for the North Georgia climate.

Cards, cash, and checks are accepted, and all sales must be made in person. Everyone is encouraged to come early for the best selection and variety.

And as we’ve been telling you, both Franklin and Hart County FFA Chapters will be holding their annual spring plant sales this month.

Franklin County High School’s FFA Chapter will hold its annual spring plant sale on March 29 & 30th.

The sale takes place Friday, March 29 and Saturday, March 30 on High Road in Carnesville at the new Ag Center, Friday from 1:30p to 5:00p and Saturday from 8a to 1p.

Offerings include bedding flowers, vegetables, herbs, potted perennials, ferns & more.

And Hart County High School FFA will have a one-day plant sale on Friday, March 29 from 8:30 am-6:30 pm at the High School greenhouses next to the Board of Education offices on Campbell St.

For the high school FFA plant sales, only cash or check will be accepted.
