New Hart County Assistant District Attorney Sworn In

Hart County has a new Assistant District Attorney.

On his Facebook page, Northern Judicial Circuit District Attorney Parks White announced Brandon Pollett was sworn in Monday by the Honorable Chief Judge Jeffery Malcom in Superior Court on Monday.

White said Pollett comes to Hart County from Effingham County where he served as Assistant Solicitor General.

He is replacing former Hart County Assistant District Attorney Mike Smith.
