Mrs. Mary Roe Floyd of Athens, Ga., age 97, formerly of Bowersville, Ga. passed away Tuesday January 7, 2014 at St. Mary’s Hospice House in Bogart, Ga. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Saturday January 11, 2014 at Pruitt Funeral Home chapel, Royston, Ga. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park, Athens, Ga. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1 pm until the funeral hour Saturday afternoon.
