Mr. Marshall William Blalock, 57, of Canon, Ga. died Tuesday October 1, 2013 at Ty Cobb Regional Medical Center in Lavonia, Ga. Memorial Services will be Sunday October 6, 2013 at 2 pm in the Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon from 1 pm at 2 pm just prior to the service. The family is at the home. In lieu of flowers, donations  can be made to defray medical and funeral expenses. Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
