Love Him Love Them Ministry Needs Dozens of Volunteers for Holiday Events

Franklin County-based Love Him Love Them Ministry is gearing up for its annual list of holiday opportunities to help those in need and they’re in need of volunteers to help in a variety of areas.

Ministry Founder Linda Gunter says it begins with their Thanksgiving meal giveaway next month.

Gunter says those interested in helping should come to the volunteer meeting on November 21 at the Franklin County High School Cafeteria.

Coming on the heels of the Thanksgiving meal giveaway is another food giveaway – this time to send meals to the ministries in Haiti that Love Him Love Them Ministry supports and Gunter said volunteers are also needed for that.

Then in December, Gunter said they would be baking Christmas cookies on December 13 and 14

December 21 is the Love Him Love Them annual Night of Hope Christmas party and dinner at the North Georgia Tech Currahee Campus where they will throw a Christmas party for the children of incarcerated men and women and hand out gifts.

If you can’t attend but would like to provide a gift for a child you can select an Angel from the Love Him Love Them website to purchase and send.

If you are interested in getting involved in one or more of these holiday events you can sign up or get more information on the Love Him Love Them website at LoveHimLoveThem.org or you can go the their Facebook page.
