Mr. Oscar Lee Harris, Jr., 61 of Canon, Georgia, died on Friday, January 24, 2014 at Ty Cobb Regional Medical Center.  Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, January 26, 2014 at the Lavonia Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home.
