Mr. Dock Wade “Junior” Bannister, Jr. 83, of Hartwell, Ga. died Saturday March 1, 2014 at Athens Regional Medical Center. Memorial services will be Tuesday March 4, 2014 at 2 pm in the Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. The body is at Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends Tuesday from 12 pm to 2 pm prior to the service. The family is at the home.
