Joneal Hickman Chappelear  of Lavonia, Ga. passed away Monday October 21, 2013 at Gwinnett Medical Center. Funeral  services will be held at  11 am Saturday October 26,2013 at the Lavonia Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home. In lieu off lowers, donations may be made to First Baptist Church of Lavonia.
