Mr. Joel C. Stone, 84 of Canon, Ga. passed away on Wednesday October 2, 2013 at Athens Regional Medical Center in Athens, Ga. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Saturday October 4, 2013 at the Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery in Royston, Ga. The family will receive friends at Pruitt Funeral Home from 6 pm until 8 pm on Friday October 4, 2013. The family is at their respective homes.
