Mr. Eves Joseph “Hoot” Morvant , 77 of Hartwell, Ga. died Wednesday August 7, 2013 at Ty Cobb Regional Medical Center. Funeral Services will be Saturday August 24, 2013 in the Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. Burial will be in the Sardis Baptist Church Cemetery. the body is at Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell where the family will receive friends on Saturday from 1 pm to 2 pm just prior to the service.
