Mr. Howard Dean Brown, 78, of Hartwell, Ga. died Thursday June 20, 2013 at his home. Memorial Services will be Saturday June 22, 2013 at 5 pm in the Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home Hartwell. The family will receive friends from 4 pm to 5 pm just prior to the service. Flowers are optional or special memorials may be made to the Charity of One’s Choice. The family is at the home.
