A multi-agency child abuse investigation in Stephens County leads to three arrests. According to Stephens County Sheriff Randy Shirley, the investigation involved his office, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, and the Mountain Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office. A Toccoa woman is dead and charges are pending after being involved in a multi-car wreck in Habersham County late Wednesday night.
