A water main break on Bowman St. has been fixed and the boil water advisory for Bowman St., Hill Crest Dr., Victoria Station, and Stonebrook subdivision is now lifted, according to the Lavonia Water Department.  

Two people are behind bars in Franklin County after investigators uncovered a theft ring the pair were allegedly operating in the Sandy Cross community.
