Mr. Billy Neal Crump, 79, of Canon, passed away Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at the Mountain View Nursing Home, Clayton GA. The family will receive friends Sunday, April 29, 2018 from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell with a celebration of Billy’s life following the visitation. The Strickland Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
