Mr. Rufus Benjamin Phillips, 62, of Bio Church Road, Dewy Rose, passed away January 23, 2022 at St. Mary’s Sacred Heart Hospital, Lavonia. The family will receive friends Thursday afternoon from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. Other times the family will be at the home. A memorial service celebrating Ben’s life will be held Thursday, January 27, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home with Rev. John Silver officiating.
