Mr. Jamie Nye, 48 of Hartwell, Ga. died Sunday June 2, 2013 at Athens Regional Medical Center. Memorial Services will be Thursday June 6, 2013 at 2 pm in the Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. The family will receive family and friends on Thursday from 1 pm to 2 pm just prior tot he service. In lieu of flowers, special memorials may be made to the American Heart Association 1720 Epps Bridge Pkwy. Suite 108-383 Athens, Ga. 30606. The family is at the home.
