William C. “Bill” Swing Jr., 78 of Carnesville, Ga passed away Saturday morning, May 25, 2013 at the St. Mary’s Hospice House, in Athens, Ga. Funeral Services will be Tuesday May 28, 2013 at 2 pm at the B.D. Ginn Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be from 11 am until 2 pm Tuesday at Ginn Funeral Home.
