Several Contested Races So Far in Franklin, Hart Counties
Qualifying got underway Monday for the May General Election/Primary and as expected candidates have already been signing up.
Voters are deciding on 11 County races in both Franklin and Hart counties.
As of 5p Monday in Franklin most of the incumbents for County offices had qualified.
But so far, there are three contested races.

Scott Andrews
As of Monday afternoon, two candidates had qualified for two other County races.

In Hart County, Republican Party Chair Timothy Roberts said qualifying so far has gone as expected except for one County Commission race.
