Mrs. Marilyn Morgan Simmons, 65, of Hartwell, passed away Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at AnMed Health Medical Center, Anderson SC. Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 16, 2018 at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell with Rev. John Silver officiating. Burial will be in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park. The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday night. The family will be at the home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hart Interdenominational Ministries, P.O. Box 21, Hartwell, GA 30643. The Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
