Mrs. Betty Sandra Fowler Bowen Chatham, 67, of Royston, Ga. passed away Saturday March 1, 2014 at her home. Funeral services will be held at 3 pm Wednesday March 5, 2014 at the New Hope Worship Center. The body will be placed in the church at 2;30 pm Wednesday afternoon.
