Mr. Bobby Joe Phillips, 67, of Dewy Rose, Ga. died Monday December 9, 2013 at Elbert Memorial Hospital in Elberton. Funeral Services will be Thursday December 12,2013 at 2 pm in the Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. Burial will be in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park. The body is at Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 1 pm to 2 pm Thursday afternoon prior to the service. The family is at their respective homes.
