Mrs. Retha Burgess Burdette ,86, of Royston, Ga. passed away Monday December 9, 2013  at Athens Regional Medical Center in Athens, Ga. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm on Sunday December 15, 2013 at the Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be at 2 pm on Monday December 16, 2013 at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Anderson, S. C. The family will receive friends at Pruitt Funeral Home form 12 noon until the funeral hour on Sunday afternoon. The family is at the home.
