Mr. Elbert Foster, Jr., 67, of Bowman, Georgia, died on Saturday, August 31, 2013.  Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 5, 2013, at the Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel.  The family will receive friends at Pruitt Funeral Home immediately following the service on Thursday, September 5, 2013.
