Mrs. Jo Anne Kay Skelton, 79, of Hartwell, Ga. died Sunday August 11, 2013 at Lake Pointe Assisted Living. Graveside services will be Tuesday August 13, 2013 at 4 pm at the Concord United Methodist Church. The body is at Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm Tuesday afternoon. The family will be at the home of Melanie & Chuck Almond Dewy Rose, Ga. after the graveside service. Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
