Ms. Tammy Marie House Phillips, 46, of Hartwell, Georgia, died on Saturday, June 29, 2013, in Iva, South Carolina.  A memorial services will be held on Tuesday, July 2, 2013, at 5pm, at the Hartwell Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 2, 2013, from 3pm-5pm prior to the service.  At other times, the family will be at the home.  On-line condolences may also be sent to the family by visiting www.stricklandfh.com.  Strickland Funeral Home – Hartwell Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
