In Toccoa, Cruzin’ Down Doyle resumes this Saturday as it heads into its 3rd year.

Main Street Toccoa is hosting the event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Participants will be on Doyle St from Sage St to Alexander St.

Cars, trucks, motorcycles, and tractors of any year will be welcome. Participants can register at the intersection of Doyle St and Alexander St. There is no registration fee.

Toccoa Special Events Coordinator Misty Richardson said, “The June ‘Cruzin’ Down Doyle’ will be held at the same time as the Juneteenth celebration in Historic Downtown Toccoa.

The participants and attendees will be able to enjoy the Juneteenth festivities and shop and eat with our local merchants who are open earlier in the day.

Several downtown stores and restaurants will be open. The community is invited to attend and bring their cars, trucks, and motorcycles.

Beginning in May and continuing until September, the cruise-in will be held once a month on the third Saturday.

The next event will be on July 20. Registration and admission are free.
