William Otis Hart, 80 of Carnesville, Ga. passed Monday afternoon, October 8, 2012 at the Brown Convalescent Center, Royston, Ga. Services will be at 2 pm Thursday afternoon at the B.D. Ginn Memorial Chapel . Burial with military honors will be in the Franklin Memorial Gardens North. The body is at Ginn Funeral Home.
