Vinny: Mixed-Breed Puppy Looking for Active Family or Person to Call His Own

Meet Vinny – a puppy who does not believe in personal space.

Vinny is a tan and white mixed-breed dog available for adoption from the Northeast Georgia Animal Shelter in Lavonia.

He is about 5 months old and weighs right at 20 pounds, but will likely weigh a bit more than that when full-grown.

This little guy has been at the shelter for a while, and we don’t want him to spend any more time there. He really needs a loving family.

Vinny loves to play with other dogs as well as “hoomans.”

And if you’re the sort of person, couple, or family who likes to go on outdoor adventures, such as hiking, camping, etc. Vinny is the dog for you.

So stop by the Northeast Georgia Animal Shelter and meet Vinny. Then fall in love…then take him home.

His adoption fee includes his shots, including rabies, a certificate for his neuter, and parasite prevention.

The shelter is open for adoptions Tuesdays – Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

They’re located on Bear Creek Road in Lavonia, just past the ball fields.

And tickets are still available for this year’s annual Steak and Eggs Breakfast fundraiser at Longhorn Steakhouse in Lavonia.

It’s coming up Saturday, June 20th, with open seating from 8 am to 9:30 am. No reservation necessary. Just bring your ticket.

Your $20 ticket will include a card for a free appetizer at a future Longhorn visit, steak, eggs, biscuits, grits, and your choice of beverage, coffee, tea, soda, or orange juice.

The Steak and Eggs Breakfast is a great way to start your Saturday and help the animals.

Tickets are available at all local banks, the shelter, and any shelter Board Member.
