Mr. David “Vernon” Willis, age 83, of Elberton, GA, passed away Wednesday, November 5, 2025.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at New Bethel United Methodist Church, 2708 Rock Branch Road, Elberton, GA 30635. The family will receive friends at the church beginning at 11:00 a.m., prior to the service.
