Verlon Jerry Edens

Mr. Verlon Jerry Edens, 71, of Elberton, passed away Friday, July 5, 2019 at his son’s home. The body is at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. Thursday afternoon. Other times the family will be at the home of Brian & Mary Edens, 1320 Hale Crossing Road, Royston. Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 11, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell with Rev. Bobby Dunaway officiating. Burial will be in the Zidon Baptist Church Cemetery. The Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
