Mrs. Gloria Ver Non Chastain Kay, age 86, of Hartwell passed away Sunday February 12, 2017 at AnMed Health Campus in Anderson, S.C. Services celebrating her life will be Tuesday February 14, 2017 at 3 pm in the chapel of Coile-Hall-Spagnoli Funeral Home. Burial will be at Nancy Hart Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1 pm to 3 pm Tuesday prior to the service. The family will be at the home of Jimmy O’Dell in Hartwell.
