Mr. Ray Anthony “Tony” Welborn, 63 of Hartwell, Ga. died Monday October 29,2012 at Athens Regional Medical Center. Funeral Services will be Friday November 2, 2012 at 11 am at Cross Roads Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Crossroads Baptist Church Cemetery. The body is at Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 6pm  to 9 pm Thursday night. The family is at the home. In lieu of flowers, special memorials can be made to Cross Roads Baptist Church Pavillion Fund, 3636 Lavonia Highway, Hartwell, Ga. 30643.
