Mr. Tony Scott Outz, age 52, of Royston, GA, passed away on Sunday, November 2, 2025.

The family will receive friends on Monday, December 1, 2025 from 1:00-2:30 PM at Coile and Hall Funeral Directors. A funeral service will be held at 2:30PM from the Chapel of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors. Scott will be will be laid to rest at Nancy Hart Memorial Park following the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made directly to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors or at any Pinnacle Bank location to the “Scott Outz Memorial Fund”.
