Mrs. Sarah Haygood Welborn Williford, 88, of Hartwell, Georgia, died on Friday, January 25, 2013 at Hartwell Health Care Center.  Funeral services will be Monday, January 28, 2013 at 3pm in the Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.  Burial will follow in the Mt. Hebron Baptist Church Cemetery.  The body is at Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 4p-6p on Sunday, January 27, 2013.
