Ronnie: Heeler/Shepherd Mix at Northeast Georgia Animal Shelter

Ronnie was unwanted.  Turned in to the Northeast Georgia Animal Shelter as a stray, shelter workers were able to find his owners.  Sadly, they said they did not want him back.

Ronnie is about 2 years old and would make a great family dog, according to Shelter Manager Tammi Jourdenais.

“He is a beautiful black and tan boy and is great with other dogs. We’ve not had him around cats but he would make a great indoor family dog,” she said.

Ronnie is neutered and is up to date on all of his shots.

“And we are offering a Christmas special adoption fee for Ronnie of $25 because he is neutered and current on his vaccinations,” Jourdenais added.

If you are interested in learning more about Ronnie you can visit the shelter on Saturday from 11a to 4p and also on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.  The shelter is closed on Sundays and Thursdays.
